A plant goes live once. The inauguration has to be right.
A factory inauguration is the day a years-long, crore-scale investment is shown to the people who matter — dignitaries, customers, channel partners, employees and the surrounding community. It is part ritual (lamp-lighting, ribbon-cutting), part protocol (promoters and government VIPs), and part complex logistics (a guided tour through a live industrial facility). There is no second take.

How we sequence inauguration day
Arrival & reception
Choreographed dignitary arrival — security clearance and route, a receiving line of promoters and leadership, traditional welcome (tilak, shawl, bouquet or angvastram), and a holding lounge before the ceremony so VIP timing is never left to chance.
Lamp-lighting (deep prajwalan)
The formal opening invocation. We pre-stage the samai/diya, wicks and lighter, mark exact positions for each dignitary, and rehearse the sequence so the photo lands clean — no fumbling with matchsticks in front of the press.
Ribbon-cutting & plaque unveiling
The headline moment. Ribbon, scissors, tray and the commemorative plaque or name-board are prepped and positioned; we cue the hosts, hold the gathered guests, and coordinate the photographer and videographer to capture it from the right angle, once.
Plant tour
Often the most logistically demanding part — a guided walkthrough of a live or near-live plant. We plan the route, brief escorts, manage PPE (helmets, vests, shoe covers), control group size and pace, and keep the schedule tight so the tour does not overrun the hospitality.
Address & felicitation
Speeches from the chief guest, promoters and customers, mementoes and felicitation, and the vote of thanks — run to a rehearsed time budget so the programme stays on schedule and respects the dignitaries’ diaries.
Hospitality & networking
High tea or lunch, a curated networking flow for customers, channel partners and officials, and a graceful exit plan for the VIPs — the relationship-building the whole event exists to enable.

Can you manage an inauguration inside a live or partly-commissioned plant?
Yes — that is the norm. We plan tour routes around running machinery, coordinate PPE and marshals with the plant’s EHS team, barricade sensitive areas, and keep the guest flow controlled. Our experience delivering full event infrastructure onto raw and remote sites for large-scale government projects translates directly to working inside an industrial facility.
How do you handle senior government or political dignitaries?
With documented protocol. We have run state-scale government and tourism projects, so we are practised at security liaison, route and timing control, seating hierarchy, felicitation order and aide coordination. The same discipline applies whether the chief guest is a Minister, a promoter or a marquee customer.
