How we run it
Run sheet, rehearsal, one owner
After the brief we send a venue shortlist, a draft agenda grid and a costed plan. Once the venue is fixed, every session goes on a minute-by-minute run sheet with its speakers, slides, mics and stage changes, and the AV is rehearsed the evening before.
On the day, registration, the plenary and breakouts each have a lead, and one AUM project manager runs them together. After the event you get attendance numbers, photos and recordings.

How far in advance should we plan a conference?
Three to four months for a national conference with travel, and six weeks or more for a one-day seminar. Book earlier around Vibrant Gujarat, Navratri and the December–January wedding season, when hotels fill up.
Do you handle delegate registration and hotel bookings?
Yes. We run online registration, hotel blocks, airport transfers and on-site badge counters, and share daily reports with your team.
Can you organise a dealer meet or seminar instead of a full conference?
