How we plan it
Brief, design, run, debrief
We start with a short call about headcount, objective, budget and dates, then send two or three formats with a venue shortlist and a timed run sheet. For outbound days we also plan the bus pickups from your office and the weather backup.
On the day, one AUM site lead runs the facilitators, marshals, sound and F&B. Afterwards you get photos and a short debrief note on what each team did, which HR can use in its internal communication.

How far in advance should we book?
Two to three weeks is enough for an indoor session. For an outbound day or offsite, allow four to six weeks to lock the venue and transport, and more around Navratri, Diwali and year-end.
Can you combine team building with an awards night or annual day?
Yes. Activities in the day and an awards night with dinner and entertainment in the evening are a common format. See award ceremonies and corporate events.
