An entry is a 90-second production, not a prop
The bride entry is the moment every phone in the venue comes up. It works when the walk, the music, the lighting and the effects all land on the same beat. AUM Event plans bride and groom entries in Ahmedabad as a cued sequence, with one show caller on headset running the sound, light and effects operators together.
We start from the venue. An open party plot off SG Highway can take fireworks, a drone show and a long aisle. A banquet hall in Prahlad Nagar or Bodakdev usually needs indoor-safe effects such as cold pyro and low fog, plus a shorter walk. We check the venue’s rules on effects, timing and noise before we suggest a concept, so nothing is cancelled on the day.

Cold pyro (cold fire) entry
Sparkular fountains along the aisle or behind the stage, fired on a music cue. They produce no flame or smoke, so they suit indoor banquets and mandap entries.
Low fog & “walking on clouds” entry
Dry-ice low fog that stays at ankle height for the first look or the varmala walk. It is timed so it clears before photos at the stage.
Phoolon ki chadar & floral canopy
A floral sheet carried by the bride’s brothers and cousins, or a fixed floral tunnel built by our décor team in the wedding palette.
Groom entry: varghodo, baggi or vintage car
A horse or baggi for the baraat, or a vintage car for a reception entry, with the dhol and band route and the venue gate timing planned in advance.
CO2 jets, confetti & balloon blast
CO2 jets, confetti cannons or a balloon blast for a high-energy couple entry at the sangeet or reception, aimed away from the stage and the food counters.
Drone light show & fireworks
A drone light show that spells the couple’s names, or a short aerial fireworks display, for open-air venues that allow them. Drone flights are filed for permission in advance.
How we run an entry
A cue sheet, a rehearsal and one show caller
Every entry gets a cue sheet: the song and the exact second each effect fires, when the lights change, where the photographer and videographer stand, and who walks with the bride or groom. We walk it through at the venue on the day, with the family member who will cue the music.
Effects go to trained operators with safety distances marked on the floor and fire extinguishers on site. Because AUM supplies the effects, sound and lighting in-house, one team owns the whole moment, and nothing waits on a vendor who arrives late.

Is cold pyro safe for an indoor bride entry?
Cold pyro (sparkular) machines produce no flame or smoke, which is why most indoor banquets allow them. We still keep a marked safety distance from guests, drapes and florals, and confirm with the venue before the event.
Which entry ideas work at a party plot, and which suit a banquet hall?
Open party plots can usually take fireworks, drone shows, a horse or baggi and a long aisle. Banquet halls and hotel ballrooms suit cold pyro, low fog, CO2 jets and floral canopies. We check each venue’s rules before suggesting a concept.
How long should a bride or groom entry be?
Most entries run 60 to 120 seconds, the length of one song section. Longer walks lose energy and push back the varmala and dinner. We cut the music to the walk and time each effect to it.
Can you do a drone show with our names?
Yes, for open-air venues. We design the formations, file the flight permission in advance and fly after sunset. See our drone light show options.
Do you only do the entry, or the whole wedding?
