Capacity & deployment timeline

For Kumbh-scale events, procurement typically begins 12–14 months before the event start. Phased deployment runs across 60–90 days pre-event. We have deployed 2,000+ units in a single Jal Mahotsav season and can scale via our owned inventory plus partner network to 50,000+ tents for Simhastha-scale events. Capacity tiers: 500–2,000 (boutique), 2,000–10,000 (medium), 10,000–50,000+ (mass).

Compliance & permissions

Fire NOC, NDMA mass-gathering compliance, local body permits, GST treatment on tent rental and accommodation, FSSAI for kitchen operations — handled in-house. We are positioned for Nashik–Trimbakeshwar Simhastha 2027, Ujjain Simhastha 2028 and Prayagraj Ardh Kumbh 2031.
